Rear of engine (2) Engine electronic control moduleThe electronic control system consists of electronic control modules for the machine, the monitor, and the engine.Movement of the joysticks and/or the travel levers/pedals creates an electrical input signal that is sent to the machine electronic control module. The machine electronic control module sends an electrical output to the proportional valve solenoids on the main control valve and the swing control valve in order to control machine movement and implement movement. At the same time, the machine electronic control module controls the flow of swing pump and the torque of the main pump. The machine electronic control module also issues a signal to the engine electronic control module in order to control the engine speed.The electronic control module for the monitor displays abnormalities on the message center if an abnormality occurs on the machine.
