has a new on-line computer system available over the DTS to U.S. and Canadian Dealers. The new system is called the Product Information System. This system allows you to cross-reference component serial numbers to prime product serial numbers and to the customer name and address. Using the system, U.S. and Canadian Dealers can call up customer address information with the serial number of either a major component or a prime product. When you enter the serial number of a major component, the computer will show you the serial number of the prime product as well as other sales information. The Product Information System offers a number of benefits to both customers and dealers.
