PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary to replace the existing 392-0113 Handrail Assemblies with new 480-4201 Handrail Assemblies.
1. Unbolt the right and left side 392-0113 Handrail Assemblies by removing the four bolts and four washers which attach each handrail to the front of the machine.
2. Clean the mounting surface on the bumper of any loose material before installing the new handrail assemblies.
3. Install the new left and right side 480-4201 Handrail Assemblies using four 8T-4196 Bolts and four 198-4777 Washers to attach each handrail assembly.
