Hot oil can cause burns.Remove the fill cap only when the engine is stopped, and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
Release any hydraulic pressure that is in the hydraulic system.

Locate the bracket assembly (7) that is a part of the frame assembly. The weld boss will be near the edge toward the front of the machine.

(A) 40 mm (1.6 inch) (B) 75 mm (2.9 inch) (W1) 6 mm (0.24 inch)
Locate the position for the 9R-2613 Weld Boss (6) .
By using a welding electrode that meets AWS A5.1, AWS A5.20, or AWS A5.17, weld the weld boss (6) to the bracket assembly (7).

Refer to Illustration 3. Remove the former 267-6118 Hose As (8). Refer to Illustration 4. Install the new 302-7452 Hose As (9) .
Refer to Illustration 1. Install the 5P-7468 Clip (1), 5P-7469 Clip (2) and the 5P-8444 Grommet (3) to the hose (9).
By using the 8T-4136 Bolt (5) and the 8T-4121 Hard Washer (4), attach the hose (9) to the weld boss (6) .
