1. Tighten the clamp assembly to 18.1 N m (160.2 lb in).
2. Loosen the clamp assembly to 5.6 N m (49.6 lb in).
3. Again, tighten the clamp assembly to 13.5 1.0 N m (119.5 8.9 lb in).
2 - - Opening pressure of the wastegate at 0.50 mm (0.020 inch) lift is 148 kPa (21 psi).
3 1 158-6072 Clamp As Torque to 13.5 1.0 N m (119.5 8.9 lb in).
4 4 3E-8017 Locknut Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to the threads.
Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
