Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install spring pin (21), spacers (20), spring (19), spring (18), and load piston (17) into cooler inlet valve (8).

Install O-ring seals (16).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install O-ring seal (15). Install retainer (14) and tube assembly (7).

Install adapter (6). Install O-ring seals (13).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install oil cooler (9). The weight of oil cooler (9) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Install bolts (12) and bolts (11).

Install plate (10).

Install inlet valve (8), tube assembly (7), and adapter (6) as a unit. Connect hose assembly (5) and hose assembly (4).

Connect hose (3) and hose assembly (2).

Connect tube assembly (1).
Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Refill the transmission tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission Tank Oil - Change". End By:
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
