Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the throttle control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Throttle Control Valve - Remove".

Remove tube assembly (1) and tube assembly (2).

Disconnect harness assembly (3) from fuel control valve (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (4).
Remove bolts (5).
Remove fuel control valve (4) and plate (7). The weight of the fuel control valve and the plate is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).
Position fuel control valve (4) on blocking.
Reposition the suitable lifting device.
Remove bolts (6).
Remove fuel control valve (4) from plate (7). The weight of the fuel control valve is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (4).
Position fuel control valve (4) onto plate (7). The weight of the fuel control valve is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolts (6).
Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (4).
Position fuel control valve (4) and plate (7). The weight of the fuel control valve and the plate is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).
Install bolts (5).

Connect harness assembly (3) to fuel control valve (4).

Install the throttle control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Throttle Control Valve - Install".
