The 115-3055 212-9450 Engine Electronic Control Gp (10R-4085) fails, causing communication failure and/or inability to start the engine.Rework Procedure

2 8S-4950 Cap Note: This procedure is to be performed upon a second ECM failure on the same machine. This procedure should be done at the same time that the second failed ECM is replaced. If the machine does not have a history of ECM replacement, disregard this procedure and replace the ECM.

Remove 101-3123 Hose As (1) from the fuel filter port and ECM port and discard.
Remove 8M-2773 Clip (3) and save for reuse.Remove 116-5418 Hose As (2) from the ECM port and tube that comes from the fuel pump and discard.

Connect the 7K-4129 Flared Union (4) to the existing tube
Connect new hose (5) to the 7K-4129 Flared Union and fuel filter port.Reuse the 8M-2773 Clip (3) to secure the new hose.
Install 8S-4950 Caps (6) on the ECM ports.
