2. Remove four bolts (1). Loosen clamp (2).3. Remove elbow (3) and hose. 4. Remove fan guards (4) and (5). 5. Remove bolts (6) and put fan (7) and adapter against the radiator core.
Do not cause damage to the radiator core with the fan.
6. Loosen the tension and remove the vee belts (8) from the fan drive. 7. Remove four bolts (10) and remove fan drive (9).8. Remove the bolts that hold the adapter to the fan. Remove adapter (11) from the fan, then remove the fan from the machine.Install Fan and Fan Drive
1. Put the fan in position against the radiator core.
Do not cause damage to the radiator core with the fan.
2. Install adapter (1) on the fan.3. Put the fan drive (2) in position on the cylinder head. Install the bolts that hold it. 4. Install the vee belts (4) on the pulley. Make an adjustment to the vee belt tension. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.5. Put the fan (3) and adapter in position on the fan drive. Install the bolts that hold it. 6. Install the fan guards (5) and (6). 7. Put the elbow (8) and hose in position over the water temperature regulator. Put clamp (7) in position and tighten.8.
