start by:a) remove oil pan 1. Put tooling (A) in position under the front of the machine as shown. Remove eight bolts (1) that hold the equalizer spring to the frame. 2. Lift the front of the machine with tooling (A) until tooling (B) can be installed between the equalizer spring and the frame. Put the weight of the machine on tooling (B). Remove tooling (A). 3. Disconnect elbow (2) from the oil pump. 4. Remove suction bell (4) from the oil pump. Remove bolts (3) that hold the oil pan plate to the cylinder block and flywheel housing. Remove oil pan plate (5). Remove the tube assembly from the oil pan plate.Install Oil Pan Plate
1. Install the tube assembly on the oil pan plate.2. Put a new gasket on the oil pan plate. 3. Put the oil pan plate (1) in position on the engine block. Install the bolts that hold it. 4. Connect the elbow (2) to the oil pump.5. Install the suction bell on the oil pump. 6. Put tooling (A) in position under the front of the machine as shown. Lift the front of the machine with tooling (A) until tooling (B) can be removed. Lower the machine on to the equalizer spring. Install the bolts that hold the equalizer spring to the frame. Remove tooling (A).end by:a) install oil pan
