Remove two bolts (5) which hold support bar (6) in place. Repeat this step for the other side of the radiator.

Remove twelve bolts (7) which hold the upper radiator tank in place.
Install Tooling (A) on the upper radiator tank. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings in order to remove the upper radiator tank.

Remove bolts (8) and the tie straps.

Lift upper radiator tank (9) away from the radiator assembly. The weight of the upper radiator tank (9) is 36 kg (80 lb).
Remove end tank seals (10) from the upper radiator tank and from the lower radiator tank.

Carefully remove radiator cores (11) from the radiator assembly.Installation Procedure

Install new end tank seals (10) in the upper radiator tank and in the lower radiator tank. Apply 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant to the sealing areas of the end tank seals and of the radiator cores.
Carefully install radiator cores (11) in the radiator assembly.
Install Tooling (A) on the upper radiator tank (9). Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings, as shown. Lower upper radiator tank (9) onto the radiator assembly. The weight of the upper radiator tank (9) is 36 kg (80 lb).

Install bolts (8) and tie straps.

Install two bolts (5) which hold support bar (6) in place. Repeat this step for the other side of the radiator.

Place the drain hose in the original position. Install two bolts (4) and the hose clamps.
Connect the tube (2) for the upper radiator to the radiator tank.
Move two hoses (1) into the original position on the upper radiator tank. Install two bolts (3) and the washers.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7035 for the correct procedure. The capacity of the cooling system is 43 L (11.4 US gal).
Close the engine hood.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
