Connect the steering frame lock.

Remove plastic screw (1) from top of hood (2) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (2). The weight of hood (2) is approximately 306 kg (675 lb).

Remove cover (3) .

Remove cotter pin (4) and pin (5) .
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the opposite side of the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear grill assembly (6). The weight of rear grill assembly (6) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Remove bolts (7). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove rear grill assembly (6) .

Attach suitable lifting devices to Tooling (A) that was installed in Step 2 and to hood (2), as shown in Illustration 7.
Remove bolts (8), the washers, and the spacers. Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting devices in order to remove hood (2) .Installation Procedure
Install hood (2) in the reverse order of removal.
