A issue has been discovered when an AccuGrade system is updated from version 10.8 AccuGrade software to version 11 on Excavators that are using 3D guidance. After updating the software and loading the machine file that was created in version 10.8, a vertical error can be introduced. This error is caused because the version 11.0 AccuGrade software calculates the vertical position in a different way. If a negative pitch value is stored in the system calibration from a previous version of software, the system will default to preset values. The vertical error is then caused by using the preset values to calculate the position.Note: This problem will only occur when you upgrade a system.Solution
A patch for the software will be available on the Service Information System (SIS). The name of this file is "AccuGrade 3D Version 11.00b.exe". Download the patch for the software in order to correct the problem.
