1. Disconnect oil lines (2) from power cylinder.2. Disconnect the brake master cylinder-to-wheel brake cylinder oil line (1).3. Disconnect brake light wiring (3) from the master cylinder. 4. Remove rod retaining pin (5).5. Remove the four cylinder mounting bolts (4).6. Remove the hydraulic brake master cylinder and power cylinder as a unit. The weight is 11 kg (25 lb.).Install Hydraulic Brake Master Cylinder And Power Cylinder
1. Put the hydraulic brake master cylinder and power cylinder in position on support bracket, and install the four mounting bolts (1).2. Install the brake rod retaining pin (2). Adjust the length of control rod (3) as necessary so the hole in yoke aligns with the holes in brake lever when the power cylinder and brake pedal are both in the released position. 3. Connect the brake light wiring (6) to the cylinder.4. Connect the wheel brake cylinder oil line (4) to the master cylinder.5.
