1. Remove six bolts (1). Use a hoist, or have two people remove cover plate (5) from the machine frame. The weight of plate (5) is 15 kg (33 lb). Note the positions of the washers, spacers and the isolation mount at each of the four mounting locations of bolts (3).2. Remove four bolts (7). Disconnect electrical connector block (6). Remove four bolts (3), their mounts, washers and spacers. Remove all wheel drive electronic control module (4) from plate (5).Install All Wheel Drive Electronic Control Module
1. Position all wheel drive electronic control module (4) to plate (5). Install four bolts (3), their mounts, washers and spacers to their original positions. Connect electrical connector block (6). Install four bolts (7). Four bolts (3) must be tightened to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft). The thickness of the mount after the torque is applied should be no less than 12.7 mm (.500 in). If the mounts are not pliable and appear to be compressed, they should be replaced with new parts.2. Use two people to position cover plate (2) to the machine frame. Install six bolts (1).
