Remove Industrial Engine Aftercooler Core
1. Drain the engine cooling system-capacity 12 U.S. Gal. (45 liters). 2. Remove the air inlet retaining bolt (1) and air inlet pipe (2).3. Remove vent line (4) and cover (5) from the aftercooler housing. 4. Remove water outlet line (7) from the aftercooler housing.5. Remove the water outlet line collar (6) from the aftercooler housing.6. Remove the aftercooler housing cover (3).7. Remove the aftercooler core from the housing.Install Industrial Engine Aftercooler Core
1. Position the aftercooler core in the housing.2. Install the aftercooler housing cover. 3. Install collar (2) with the slot (1) in a downward position.4. Install the aftercooler water outlet line. 5. Install cover (3) and install the vent line.6. Install the air inlet pipe and retaining bolt.7. Fill the engine cooling system.Remove Marine Engine Aftercooler Core
1. Drain the engine cooling system-capacity 17.5 U.S. Gal. (68 liters). 2. Remove the air inlet pipe mounting bolt (1) and air inlet pipe assembly (2).3. Remove the sea water outlet line (4) from aftercooling housing.4. Remove the sea water outlet line collar (3) from the aftercooler housing. 5. Remove the aftercooler housing cover (5).6. Remove aftercooler core (6) from housing (7).Install Marine Engine Aftercooler Core
1. Position the aftercooler core in the housing.2. Install aftercooler housing cover and cover retaining bolts. 3. Install collar (2) with slot (1) in a downward position.4. Install the air inlet pipe assembly and mounting bolt.5. Fill the sea water cooling system.
