Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (Implement) (Hydraulic Fan) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Open access door (1) on the top of the front frame.

Remove cover assembly (2) from the left side of the front frame.

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) from tilt control valve (3).
Disconnect harness assembly (5).
Disconnect hose assemblies (6).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tilt control valve (3). The weight of tilt control valve (3) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).
Remove three bolts (7) (not shown). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to carefully remove tilt control valve (3). Installation Procedure
Install tilt control valve (3) in the reverse order of removal.
