Start By:
Remove cab.

Open hood (1). Remove strut (2) and bolts (3). Remove hood (1) .

Remove radiator support (4) .

Remove bolt (5) and clip (6) .

Relocate air cleaner (7) and fuel filter bracket (8) .

Remove bolts (9) .

Disconnect harness assembly (10) .

Remove bolts (11) .

Raise trim (12) and install suitable cribbing under trim (12). Attach a suitable lifting device to counterweight (13). The weight of counterweight (13) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb).

Remove bolts (14) and counterweight (13) .Installation Procedure
Install counterweight (13) in the reverse order of the removal.
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 280 N m (207 lb ft).
