Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the main hydraulic pump and the pump drive coupling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Hydraulic Pump - Remove".

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to flywheel (3) .
Remove bolts (2) .Note: Dowel pin hole (1) is slightly offset. The offset dowel pin hole ensures correct installation.
Remove flywheel (3). The weight of flywheel (3) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb).Installation Procedure

Check the condition of the two dowels. If the dowels are damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto flywheel (3). The weight of flywheel (3) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb).
Align the dowel with dowel pin hole (1) and install flywheel (3) .
Install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 83 5 N m (61 4 lb ft).End By: Install the main hydraulic pump and the pump drive coupling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Hydraulic Pump - Install".
