To prevent possible personal injury, do not remove any hoses from the air dryer until all air pressure has been removed.
The air dryer is located behind the left front suspension cylinder on the outside of frame. 1. Release all the air from the system.2. Disconnect hoses (2) and (4) from air dryer (1). Disconnect switch (5).3. Remove bolts (3), air dryer (1) and the bracket from the frame.4. For disassembly and assembly of the air dryer, see Air Dryer For Vehicle Air Systems, Form No. SENR7474.5. To install, put air dryer (1) and the bracket in position on the frame, and install bolts (3).6. Connect hoses (2) and (4) to the air dryer. Connect switch (5).
