Remove Vibration Damper & Pulley
1. Remove four nuts (2) that hold pulley (1) to the vibration damper adapter. Remove pulley (1). 2. Remove two of the bolts that hold vibration damper (3) to damper adapter (5). Install Tool (A). Remove the remainder of the bolts that hold damper (3) to adapter (5).3. Fasten a hoist to damper (3). Remove damper (3). The weight of the damper is 31 kg (68 lb.).4. Remove spacer (6).5. Remove bolts (4) that hold adapter (5) to the crankshaft. Remove adapter (5).Install Vibration Damper & Pulley
1. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the bolts (1). Install vibration damper adapter (2) and bolts (1).2. Install spacer (3) on adapter (2).3. Put Tool (A) into position in adapter (2). 4. Put damper (4) into position on Tool (A). Install bolts (5). Remove Tool (A) and install the last two bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to 135 14 N m (100 10 lb ft).5. Put the pulley into position on studs (6). Install the nuts that hold the pulley to adapter (2).
