Install three studs (18) to the bearing for installation of the upper structure, as shown below.

Slowly lower upper structure (16) to undercarriage frame (17) with Tooling (A), (B), and (C). Use the load leveler and the ratchet puller to adjust the balance of the upper structure. Weight of the upper structure is approximately 1600 kg (3527 lb). Weight of the undercarriage frame is approximately 700 kg (1543 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting strap to the rod (13) in order to lift up the bank valve. Connect grease tube (14) and install eleven bolts (15) and washers to the upper structure, as shown above. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 150 25 N m (111 18 lb ft).

Install four bolts (12), washers, and the nuts to the bank valve. Tighten the bolts.

Connect lines (11), (10), and (9) to the swivel.

Connect lines (8), (7), (6), (5), and (4) to the swivel.

Remove Tooling (A), (B), (C), and (D) from the upper structure, as shown above.
