Fullcore credit is issued when the core is complete, fully assembled, andhas an acceptable part number. Partial credit is available for damaged cores.Consult the Core Acceptance Guide(SELD0028-02) for complete details.
CORE RETURN TIPS
Non-warranty cores should be shipped to Corinth, MS asprescribed in the "Shipping Instruction" sectionof the Caterpillar Remanufactured Product Guide (SELD 0039-01). Warranty turbochargersmust be identified as warranty by attaching a factory claim number and a blueClaims Room tag (Form No. 01-003883). Turbochargercores should be packaged to protect againstdamage in transit.
