1. Fasten a hoist to the rear hood assembly as shown. Remove bolts (2). Remove rear hood assembly (1). The weight of the rear hood assembly is 75 lb. (34 kg).2. Put the front hood assembly in the "OPEN" position. 3. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to the front hood assembly as shown. Remove the bolts that hold the hood assembly. Remove front hood assembly (3). The weight of the front hood assembly is 95 lb. (43 kg).Install Hoods
1. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to the front hood assembly as shown. Put front hood assembly (1) in position on the machine. Install the bolts that hold it.2. Put the front hood assembly in the "CLOSED" position. 3. Fasten a hoist to the rear hood assembly as shown. Put rear hood assembly (2) in position on the frame. Install the bolts that hold it.
