TORQUE CONVERTER & HOUSING GP 3752685 - Caterpillar

1. Remove clamp (2).2. Remove eight locknuts (1), washers and spacers.3. Remove the left side exhaust manifold. 4. Remove heat shield (5).5. Remove clamp (4).6. Remove eight locknuts (3), washers and spacers.7. Remove the right side exhaust manifold.8. If necessary, separate the segments of each exhaust manifold. The following steps are for installation of the exhaust manifold.9. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the male end of each manifold segment, and assemble the exhaust manifolds.10. Install new exhaust manifold gaskets on the studs.11. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the exhaust manifold studs, and install the exhaust manifolds.12. Install the spacers, washers and nuts. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 45 to 59 N m (33 to 44 lb.ft.).13. Install clamp (2) with the bolt down.14. Install clamp (4) with the bolt down.15. Install heat shield (5).
