Removal Procedure
Cylinders equipped with lock valves can remain pressurized for very long periods of time, even with the hoses removed.Failure to relieve pressure before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder can result in personal injury or death.Ensure all pressure is relieved before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder.
Place the bucket onto the ground.

Disconnect hose assembly (1). Remove clip (2). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to bucket cylinder (5). The weight of bucket cylinder (5) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove bolt (4) and pin assembly (3). Remove nuts (7) and bolt (6). Remove pin (8). Remove bucket cylinder (5) .Disassembly and Assembly Information
