Installation Procedure

Use two persons in order to install steering control valve (17). The weight of the steering control valve is 29 kg (65 lb). Install bolts (16). Note: Machines with Conventional Steering refer to Steps 2 and 3. Machines with Command Control steering refer to Step 4.

Connect tee fitting (15), tube assembly (14), and two hydraulic hose assemblies (13) .

Connect three hydraulic hose assemblies (12) .

Connect tube assembly (15), hydraulic hose assembly (14), tube assembly (13), and tee fittings (12) .

Connect hydraulic hose assemblies (11) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to the guard rail on fender assembly (10) .
Use the hoist in order to install fender assembly (10). The weight of the fender assembly is 86 kg (190 lb).
Install four bolts (9), four bolts (8) and two bolts (7) .

Install two bolts (6) in the top of the hydraulic tank.

Position the electrical harness. Install the clip and bolt (5).

Connect two hoses (4) to the windshield washer pumps.
Connect two electrical connectors (3) to the windshield washer pumps.
Remove the hoist and lifting slings from the guard rail.

Install ladder assembly (2), four bolts (1), and the washers.
Close the engine hood.End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
