The weld on the two bosses (1) that helps position the pin assemblies for the rear suspension cylinders have been changed. The new weld is a 10 mm (0.4 inch) bevel groove weld. The former weld was a 14 mm (0.6 inch) bevel groove weld. The surface of the new weld should be smaller than the outside diameter of the boss. The new weld will allow the pin assembly for the rear suspension cylinder to be more easily assembled to the machine. The new weld must not be larger than the outside diameter of the boss.Adaptable To: The 277-7951 Frame As is improved. The weld on boss (1) has been improved. The new weld is adaptable to machines ERM1-296, and SNT1-102. The new weld became effective in production with machines ERM297-UP, and SNT103-UP.Note: If the plate on the pin assembly will not fit over the boss because of the weld on the boss, grind the weld. The weld should be smaller than the profile of the boss.
