Removal Procedure
At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure.Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure.
Note: Install a cap or a plug on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes in order to prevent foreign materials from entering the system.
Drain the hydraulic system into a suitable container for storage or disposal.
Remove the floorplate.

Remove two bolts (1) and the washers. Remove two bolts (3) and the washers. Remove cover (2).

Remove oil temperature sensor (4).
Disconnect tube assembly (5).

Disconnect eight hose assemblies (6).
Disconnect four linkage rods (7).

Disconnect four hose assemblies (8).
Disconnect wiring harness (9).

Remove bolt (11) and the washer. Put tube assembly (5) out of the way.
Remove two rear mounting bolts (10) and the washers. Remove the front mounting bolt which is located near the frame.

Attach a suitable lifting strap to main control valve (13), as shown.
Loosen front mounting bolt (12). Swivel the main control valve toward the center of the cab.
Remove mounting bolt (12) and the washer. Remove the main control valve. The weight of the main control valve is 150 kg (330 lb).
