Information:
1. Cut the old wear sleeve and remove it with a chisel and hammer.2. Remove any burrs on the crankshaft that was caused when removing the old sleeve.Install Crankshaft Rear Seal Wear Sleeve
1. Install the crankshaft rear seal wear sleeve with tooling (A) as follows: a) Put the locator assembly (4) in position on the crankshaft and install bolts (3).b) Put wear sleeve (1) on locator assembly with bevel on sleeve toward rear of the engine.c) Put the wear sleeve installer ring (2) in the pusher plate (6) and install the plate on locator assembly (4). Install nut (5).d) Tighten the nut until pusher plate makes contact with the locator assembly.e) Remove the pusher plate (6), wear sleeve installer ring (2) and nut (5).2. Remove tooling (A).end by:a) Install crankshaft rear seal
