Disassemble the 249-8089 Rear Cover at the rear of the seat.
Disassemble the right hand 240-0488 Armrest .

Disassemble right hand plastic console (4) .

Add seal (1) around the joystick for the bulldozer blade. Seal (1) must begin at grommet (5) for the electrical wire.

Disassemble control plate (6) .
Add 300 mm (11.8 inch) of seal (2) to control plate (6). Refer to Illustration 3 for the location of seal (2) .
Assemble control plate (6) .

If the machine has a rear attachment control, add 60 mm (2.4 inch) of seal (2) to both sides of the ripper/winch control. Refer to Illustration 4 for the correct location of seal (2) .
Assemble the right hand plastic console.
Assemble the right hand 240-0488 Armrest .
Assemble the 249-8089 Rear Cover at the rear of the seat.

Disassemble firewall panel (7) .
Remove the air filter.
Remove the protection plate in order to access the heater compartment.

Add insulation (3) under the heater coil.
Assemble the protective plate.
Assemble the air filter.
Assemble the firewall panel.
