115-1050     Terminal    Use the following procedure in order to replace the main power relay.
Locate the main power relay which is adjacent to the fuse box.
Remove the relay from the relay base.
Remove the relay mount from the side of the fuse box.
Disconnect the wires from the relay base.
Remove the terminals from the four existing wires that are for the main power relay.
Remove enough wire insulation from the wires in order to correctly install a Deutsch 115-1050 Connector Pin to the end of wire 308-CA-189-YL and to the end of wire 200-CA-117-BK.
Install wire 308-CA-189-YL and wire 200-CA-117-BK into the Deutcsh 3E-3364 Receptacle Connector Assembly.

Install the Deutsch connector assembly to the 3E-4465 Wedge. Refer to Illustration 1.
Remove enough wire insulation from the wires in order to correctly install a 6T-5598 Ring Lug Connector to the end of wire 105-CA-75-RD and to the end of wire 101-CA-73-RD.
Connect the ring lug connectors to the 241-8367 Relay .
Use the new relay as a template for the holes that need to be machined in the cab panel. Refer to Illustration 2.Note: Do not mount the relay to any ROPS or other support structure of the machine.

Machine the holes in the panel for the relay.

Mount the relay. Refer to Illustration 3.
Replace any access covers that were removed.
Check the machine for correct operation.
