Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Position the auxiliary water pump and gasket (8) in the front housing. Note: Rotate the auxiliary water pump in order to clear tube (7) when you install the auxiliary water pump.

Install bolts (4).
Install the O-ring seal and lower elbow (6). Install bolts (5) and tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seal and upper elbow (2). Install bolts (1) and tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).
Tighten clamps (3).
Refill the raw water system.
