4. Disconnect the vent tube (1) to the radiator. 5. Loosen the hose clamps (2). Move the water hose off oil cooler elbow.6. Remove oil line (3) from right side of brake oil cooler. 7. Remove bolts (4) that hold the water elbow to the bottom of the water temperature regulator housing.8. Disconnect the oil line (5) on the left side of the cooler.9. Fasten a hoist to the brake oil cooler. Remove the nuts that hold the cooler to the radiator at the brackets on each side of the oil cooler.10. Disconnect the water inlet tube from the radiator to the oil cooler. The cooler must be moved to the rear to disconnect the water inlet pipe. 11. Move the oil cooler (6) to the right of the machine to clear the cab. Weight of the cooler is 200 lb. (90 kg).Install Brake Oil Cooler
1. Fasten a hoist to the brake oil cooler. Put the oil cooler in Position on the studs on the radiator. Make sure the O-rings on the cooler tube are in good condition and have a layer of petroleum jelly. 2. Install the O-ring seal (1) on the left side of the brake oil cooler to the radiator. 3. Install the bolts that hold the water elbow to the bottom of the water temperature regulator housing (2). 4. Install the oil line (3) to the bottom of the oil cooler at the left side. 5. Install the hose (6) that connects the water line from the right side of the oil cooler to the engine block.6. Install the oil line (5) to the oil cooler right side.7. Install the vent tube (4) from the radiator to the brake oil cooler.8. Fill the engine with coolant and hydraulic tank with oil to the correct levels.
