2. Disconnect lubrication line (1). Remove the lockplate that holds pin (2) for hoist cylinder (3). 3. Fasten a hoist to the hoist cylinder (3). Weight of the hoist cylinder is 275 lb. (124 kg). Lift the hoist cylinder to a vertical position. 4. Disconnect oil line (4). Disconnect the oil line between the frame support for the hoist cylinder. Oil will drain from the cylinder when the two oil lines are removed.5. Remove the pin (5) and remove the hoist cylinder (3).Install Hoist Cylinder
1. Fasten a hoist to the hoist cylinder (2).2. Install the pin that holds the hoist cylinder to the frame of the truck. Install the lock for the pin.3. Install the inlet and outlet hydraulic lines for the hoist cylinder.4. Install the pin (1) that holds the hoist cylinder to the dump body of the truck. Install the lockplate that holds the pins in position.5. Connect the lubrication line to the truck dump body.6. Start the engine, remove the two safety pins that hold the dump body in the "RAISED" position. Lower the dump body.7. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level.
