An O-ring has also been added in order to ensure proper sealing between the filter and the filter base. The O-ring is shipped with the new fuel filters. Refer to Illustrations 1 through 3.Adaptable To: The new filters are a direct replacement for the old fuel filters. The new fuel filters are for use with the engines that utilize a primary fuel filter that is mounted parallel to the fuel transfer pump or below the fuel transfer pump.
