Removal Procedure
Start By:
Raise the truck body and install the truck body retaining pins.
Release the system pressure for the brakes and the hydraulics.
Drain the hydraulic tank into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist and brake Tank Oil - Change".

Remove plate assembly (1) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (2) .

Remove tube assembly (3). Disconnect hose assembly (4) .

Disconnect hose assembly (5), harness assembly (6), and hose assembly (7) .

Disconnect hose assembly (8) and bracket (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto hydraulic tank (10). The weight of hydraulic tank (10) is approximately 141 kg (310 lb).

Remove bolts (11) and bolts (12). Remove hydraulic tank (10) .
Remove bolts (3) and remove cover assembly (2) .Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic tank (10) in the reverse order.
