Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (4). The weight of radiator (4) is approximately 46 kg (101 lb).

Position radiator (4) .
Install bolts (5) that support the radiator.

Connect the lower radiator hose and tighten clamp (3) .

Connect overflow hose (2) .
Connect the upper radiator hose and tighten clamp (1) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the capacity of the radiator. The cooling system contains approximately 30 L (8 US gal) of coolant.End By:
Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Remove and Install" in this manual.
Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install" in this manual.
