Inspect the cab/canopy for hardware that is loose, damaged, or missing. Replace any hardware that is loose, damaged, or missing with original replacement parts only. Remove the floor mat in order to gain access to the nuts (1). Torque the four M12 nuts to 110 N m (81 lb ft).Note: Apply thread lock to all bolt threads for the cab/canopy before you install the bolts.Do not weld reinforcement plates to the cab/canopy in order to straighten the cab/canopy. Do not weld reinforcement plates to the cab/canopy in order to repair the cab/canopy.Consult your Cat dealer for inspection of any potential damage or repair of any damage to any operator protective structure. (Including ROPS, FOPS, TOPS, OPS, and OPG) Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS6929, "Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair of Operator Protective Structures (OPS) and Attachment Installation Guidelines for All Earthmoving Machinery"
