(27) Solenoid valve for continuous flow for the third function valve The 930G Wheel Loader hydraulic system is made up of three systems: Implement Hydraulic System, Brake And Fan Drive System and Steering System. The implement hydraulic system is shown in illustration 1.

The location for the sight glass for the hydraulic oil is in the middle of the machine. The sight glass is between the cab and the hydraulic tank.Implement Hydraulic System

(17) piston pump The lift cylinders (12) are mounted under the lift arms in the front frame. Access to the piston pump (17) is achieved by removing panels under the platform on the left side of the machine. The ride control valve (5) and the ride control accumulator (4) are mounted on the left side of the machine under the ladder.

(16) main control valve Access to the accumulator (14) is achieved by removing the access panels behind the platform. The manifold (7) is mounted in the center of the machine under the platform. The return restrictor valve (8) is mounted to the manifold (7). In order to gain access to the manifold, the return restrictor valve, and the steering priority valve, you must remove the access panels that are under the platform on both sides of the machine.The ball valve gp (dead engine lower) (10) is located between the towers in front of the articulation joint. The combination valve (9) is located on the right side of the machine by the articulation joint.The steering priority valve (13) is mounted under the platform on the right side by the main control valve (16).Access to the main control valve (16) is achieved by removing an access panel on the right side of the machine under the ladder. Five components are in the inlet manifold for the main control valve.
