Raise hood (1) by activating switch (2). Turn battery disconnect switch (3) and the fuel supply to the off position.

Remove right side engine panel (4).

Disconnect harness assemblies (5) and (6).
Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and (8).
Remove filters (9).
Remove bolts (10) and filter base (11).

Remove elbows (12) and adapter assembly (14).
Remove temperature sensor (13) and pressure sensor (15).
Remove studs (16).Installation Procedure

Tool Part Number Part Description Qty
A - Loctite 263 -
Install filter base (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of studs (16). Tighten studs (16) to a torque of 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
Tighten pressure sensor (15) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten temperature sensor (13) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
Lubricate filters (9) with the fluid that is being sealed. Tighten filters (9) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).
