46. Remove collar (R) off two 9X9688 Switch Assemblies (37), install in 4E2463 Cover (38) and reinstall collar (R) onto switch assemblies (37).47. Connect the two, two pin DT connectors from 4E9781 Harness Assembly (57) to the switch assemblies (37) and install 5P8441 Grommet (39) in the 4E2463 Cover (38). The longer lead of 4E9781 Harness Assembly (57) will be connected to the top switch.48. Attach 4E2463 Cover (38) to 4E2462 Support Assembly (35) with three 6V3884 Screws (40).49. Install 9X8861 Film (41) on face of cover (38) between switches (37). (See the illustration above Step 43.)* If the wheel loader IS NOT an "F" series, perform Step 50 thru Step 57 using Non "F" Series Cab illustration.* If the wheel loader IS an "F" series, perform Step 58 thru Step 61 using "F" Series Cab illustration.

(T) Reference Mirror Mounting Bracket.50. Remove each rear view mirror inside cab (If equipped).51. Install 4E2451 Bracket (42) on 4E2450 Bar (43) with two 8T9371 Bolts (26) and two 8T4896 Washers.52. Install 4E2450 Bar (43) and mirrors (if equipped) in the original mounting holes used for the mirrors with four 7X2501 Bolts (31) and four 8T4205 Washers (45).53. Install 9X9505 Electronic Control Group (46) in 4E2451 Bracket (42) with two 5M3062 Bolts (28) and two 8T4896 Washers.54. Drill a 6.4 mm (.25 in) diameter hole (S) in the upper right hand corner of the cab and attach 8V9332 Bracket (47) with a 5P7923 Hex Screw.55. Connect 4E9762 Harness Assembly (48) to the two, seven pin connectors on 4E9781 Harness Assembly (57).56. Route 4E9762 Harness Assembly (48) along the right hand cab upright and connect the wires to the display monitor.57. Secure 4E9762 Harness Assembly (48) with a 7K1181 Strap to the 8V9332 Bracket (47) and two 8M2773 Clips (50) along the 4E2450 Bar (43) with existing bolts.
"F" Series Cab 58. Remove existing 8R5057 Right Hand Dash Panel (V) and locate and drill two 7.9 mm (.31 in) diameter holes (W), using the dimensions in the illustration above. Drill only in locations shown.59. Mount 4E9688 Bracket (51) to the 8R5057 Dash Panel (V) with two 4M6425 Bolts (52), two 6V8189 Nuts (53) and four 8T4224 Washers (54). Reinstall 8R5057 Dash Panel (V).60. Mount the display monitor in 4E9688 Bracket (51) with two 5M3062 Bolts (28) and two 8T4896 Washers.61. Route the 4E9781 Harness Assembly (57) through the hole in the dash and connect it to the display monitor.
Typical Example. Steps 62 thru 65 apply to all models.62. Route the smaller black hose of the 4E2460 Harness Assembly (55) across to the front of the tractor as shown. Use tie wraps to secure the harness to the brake line for support. Connect the triangular shaped connector to the 8C5586 Hydraulic Pressure Sensor (22) mounted inside the front frame. 63. Connect the round three pin connector (X) to the position sensor harness by the right lift arm.64. Weld 7T1099 links (56) where needed and secure harness with 7K1181 Straps (49).65. Articulate the
