1 16 216-2211 Clamp Use the following procedure to tighten the clamps:
1. Center clamps within the marking on the hose.
2. Orient clamps, so that T -bolts are at minimum 90 degree apart.
3. Tighten the clamp to 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
2 8 6V-3917 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lubricate the bore lightly with Bonderite S-OT 40, Rubber lubricant.
3 4 321-5895 Shield As Install the shield assembly with the springs and hook at the top of the hose as shown in Illustration 1.
During installation, do not crush the shield assembly.
4 8 6V-1943 High Temperature Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts:
1. Before assembly, lubricate the threads and being surfaces with Loctite® C5A Copper Anti-Seize lubricant.
2. Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
