1 8 6V-3917 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lubricate the bore lightly with Bonderite S-OT 40, Rubber lubricant.
2 16 216-2211 Clamp Use the following procedure to tighten the clamps:
1. Center clamps within the marking on the hose.
2. Orient clamps, so that T -bolts are at minimum 90 degree apart.
3. Tighten the clamp to 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
3 8 6V-1943 High Temperature Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the clamps:
1. Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite®C5A Copper Anti-Seize lubricant.
2. Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
