Perform the following steps in order to modify a category.
Select the category that requires the modification in the "Work Code Editor" screen.

Click the "Edit Selected" button in the "Work Code Editor" window or double-click the category that requires the modification. The "Edit Category" dialog will appear.

Perform the required modifications to the category name in the "Category name" field of the "Edit Category" dialog.
Ensure that the required category type is selected.

Click the "OK" button in order to save the changes, or select the "Cancel" button in order to exit the "Edit Category" dialog without saving any changes.Work Code
Add
Perform the following steps in order to add a work code.

Click the "New work code" button in the "Work Code Editor" window.The "Add Work Code" dialog will appear.

Enter a name for the work code in the "Work code name:" field of the "Add Work Code" dialog.
Enter a Work code number if required.The work code number is optional. The work code number can be used in order to classify the work codes for a report.
Select a "Category Type" from the "Category" field for the new work code.

Click the "OK" button in order to add the new work code, or click the "Cancel" button in order to exit the "Add Work Code" dialog without adding a new work code.Edit

Select the work code that requires the modification in the "Work Code Editor" window.

Perform the required modifications to the name of the work code in the "Work code name" field of the "Edit Work Code" dialog.
