Information:

Start By: a. tilt or remove radiator guard and radiatorb. remove air conditioner compressor (if equipped) 1. Remove bracket bolts (1), which hold turbocharger pipe in place. 2. Remove air cleaner bracket bolts (2) and remove air cleaner with pipe to turbocharger, weight is 29.5 kg (65 lbs.). 3. Remove exhaust muffler by loosening clamp bolt (3) and removing bracket bolts (4). 4. Remove governor linkage rod at governor pin (5). 5. Disconnect all hoses, cables, lines, etc. from each side of engine. 6. Remove coupling (6) from rear of engine. 7. Install tooling (A) from a hoist to the lifting eyes, (brackets) on top of the engine. 8. Disconnect rear engine mount on each side by removing bolts (7). 9. Disconnect front engine support by removing bolts (8) (each side).10. Remove the engine from the machine. Weight of the engine is approximately 1360 kg (3000 lbs.). The following steps are for installation of the engine in the machine.11. Fasten a hoist and tooling (A) to the engine and position engine in frame. Install bolt (8) on each side.12. Position the engine rear mount and install bolts (7) on each side.13. Remove hoist and tooling (A) from engine.14. Install coupling (6) rear of engine.15. Connect all lines, cables and hoses, etc. on both sides of the engine.16. Connect governor linkage rod with pin (5).17. Position exhaust muffler and install bolts (4) and tighten clamp bolt (3).18. Position turbocharger pipe and air cleaner, then install bolts (2).19. Install bracket bolts (1) to hold turbocharger pipe in place.End By: a. tilt or install radiator and radiator guardb. install air conditioner compressor (if equipped)Remove And Install Engine (D7H - Direct Drive)
Start By: a. remove radiator guard and radiatorb. remove main drive shaftc. remove powertrain guard and coupling group1. Drain hydraulic oil. 2. Remove clamp (1) remove hoses, remove bolt (2) and remove clip. 3. Remove oil hoses (3), flange and tube assembly (4). 4. Remove oil lines (5) from implement pumps. 5. Disconnect oil lines (6). 6. Remove the air cleaner and the primary filter. 7. Remove two 12 point bolts (7), eight nuts and remove secondary filter. Remove four bolts (8) and remove air cleaner housing. 8. Disconnect harnesses (9). Remove bolt (10) and remove harness bracket. 9. Remove two bolts (11) holding harness clips, remove wires from switch and remove bolt (12) from bracket, set dryer on frame. 10. Loosen tension on air conditioner compressor V-belt (13) and disconnect wires (15). Remove three bolts (14) at air conditioner mounting and set air conditioner on the track (do not disconnect hoses). 11. Disconnect fuel lines (16). Remove pins from both ends of linkage (17) and remove governor control linkage. 12. Put identification on wires as to their location and remove starter wires. 13. Remove bolt (18) and remove spacer holding clip. Remove bolts and move bracket (19) out of the way. Remove two bolts and hose bracket (20), move hoses out of the way. 14. Remove bolts (21) at front
