Inspect rubber seal (10) . Replace the spacer if the seal is worn or damaged. Apply Tooling (A) to seal (10) before installing the radiator core. Do not use a petroleum based lubricant on seal (10) . Refer to Special Instruction, REHS1063. Note: Soap may be used to lubricate the seal if the soap does not contain abrasive additives or chlorine.
Install core (7) to the bottom tank. The weight of the radiator core is 34 kg (75 lb).
The cores must be seated all the way and the cores must have no gaps.

Install retainers (9) . Install two center retainers (8) to the top of core (7) .

Install the air conditioning condenser core. Refer to the appropriate machine systems Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Evaporator Core - Remove and Install".
