Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (4). Remove bolts (3) .
Remove hood (4). The weight of hood (4) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).

Loosen clamps (5). Remove tube (6) from the aftercooler core.

Remove plate (7). Remove bolts (8). Move plate (9) away from the aftercooler core.

Loosen clamps (10). Remove tube (11) from the aftercooler core.
Remove bracket (12) .

Remove bolts (13) from the bottom and from the top of the aftercooler core.
With the assistance of another person, remove the aftercooler core. The weight of the aftercooler core is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).Installation Procedure

Install bolts (13) to the bottom and to the top of the aftercooler core.

Install bracket (12) .
Install tube (11) to the aftercooler core. Tighten clamps (10) .

Put plate (9) in position. Install bolts (8). Install plate (7) .

Install tube (6) to the aftercooler core. Tighten clamps (5) .
