Install hose (22) on the fuel filter. Tighten the hose clamp.

Install hose (20) on the fuel injection pump. Tighten the hose clamp. Install the clip and bolt (21) on hose (20). Connect both ends of rod (19) .

Install tooling (B) and a hoist to radiator guard (18), as shown. Tilt the radiator guard backward into the proper position.

Install pin (17) and two track shoes (16) with eight bolts (15). Tighten bolts (15) to a torque of 340 70 N m (250 50 lb ft). Tighten the bolts by an additional turn of 120 degrees. Repeat this step on the other side.

Install two washers and two nuts (14) to the bolts on the inside of the frame rails.

Install plate (13), the washers, and four bolts (12) .

Connect hoses (10) and (11). Tighten the hose clamps.

Connect radiator hoses (7) and (8). Tighten the hose clamps. Install the clip, the washer, and bolt (9) on hose (3) .

Install two tubes (5) in the machine. Connect two hoses (6) to tube (5) .

Connect two tubes (5) to the quick-drop valve.

Connect two hoses (3) to manifold (4) .

Close radiator guard (2). Install the washers and bolts (1) .

Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Drive - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the drive shaft (pump coupling). Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1706 or SENR8342, "Drive Shaft (Pump Coupling) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the main drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1706 or SENR8342, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1706 or SENR8342, "Bottom Guard - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Fill the cooling system, the hydraulic tank, and the power train oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance ManualSEBU6890 or SEBU6896 for the correct procedures and for the capacities.
