Removal Procedure

Open hood (1) .

Fasten a suitable lifting device to hood (1) .

Remove cotter pin (2) and the washer that holds support (3) in place.
Position support (3) out of the way and reinstall the washer and cotter pin (2) .

Remove bolts (4) and the washers from the left side hinge.
Carefully remove hood (1) from the machine. The weight of the hood is 34 kg (75 lb).Installation Procedure

Fasten a suitable lifting device to hood (1) .
Carefully install hood (1) to the machine. The weight of the hood is 34 kg (75 lb).

Install the washers and bolts (4) to the left side hinge.

Install support (3) to the hood.
Install the washer and cotter pin (2) that holds support (3) in place.

Close hood (1) .
